Installation

Step 1

Place the clips and screws correctly.

Place tube into clips to hold it in place. Connect live and neutral wire from tube to mains/switch.

Installation

Type 1: Re-Wiring With Magnetic/Inductive Ballast

The starter must be removed. Attention: only suitable for fixture with magnetic/inductive ballast, not electronic ballast. 

Type 2: Re-Wiring With Electronic Ballast

Electronic ballast must be by-passes by qualified electrician.

Installation

1. To fix unit into ceiling, remove the tube from fitting.

2. There are screw holes that can be used to insert screws (not included) to attached to ceiling.

3. Connect live and neutral straight to mains and insert tube.

Our preferred method would be Paypal but we can also accept all major credit/debit cards payment and direct bank transfers. If you use e-cheque on PayPal, delivery may take longer, as we will not be able to process your order until the e-cheque clears. Shipping

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday) following order completion. We offer Free UK Standard Delivery. However, if you simply can’t wait to get your hands on the product, we have Express Delivery option available for you.

Returns

If the items we sent to you is incorrect, or your items have arrived with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days where we will always offer you the choice of an exchange or refund. If you wish to return unused goods for refund or exchange, they must be returned with their original packaging within 30 days. We will only pay the postage price for any goods that need to be resent due to a fault on our behalf.
