Kalibos Purple is perfect as a colourful and flavoursome winter vegetable or shredded finely and added to salads. They have good holding ability or can be stored for a few months. It has a firm, solid heart and few wasted outer leaves. Kalibos Purple is best used raw as it's vibrant purple colour fades when cooked. This variety is perfect for late summer and autumn cutting.
