Brand New Viair 444C "Stealth Black" Compressor Carbon Brush replacement/rebuild kit. Viair P/N RK108. This is a direct replacement carbon brush for 444C (44442 P/N) Compressors. This carbon brush comes with a thermal over load protection to protect compressors from burning. Sold Each.

Note: This carbon brush comes with 12 AWG wires only. Please use thicker AWG wire from battery to the relay terminal with a right AMP fuse in between to protect compressors from overheating & burning the carbon brushes. Use the chart in the pictures to determine the right size wire.

Items Included:

• 1 (One) Viair 444C Stealth Black Replacement carbon brush kit with 12AWG Black (ground) & red (power) wires with ring (black wire, ground) and spade female terminals (red, Power wire).
• Comes with a gasket & bearing pre-installed on it.
• Does not come with any screws or bolts.

Basic Instructions For Assembly:

• Dis-assemble the crank case assembly.
• After removing the crank case you will see 4 bolts. These are long bolts to hold the carbon brushes at the back side of compressor.
• Use a flat head screw driver to push one of the carbon brushes to side and then push this assembly on to the shaft. Make sure that carbon brushes have enough clearance to go on each side of motor shaft without damaging the carbon brushes.
• Use the long bolts to screw the carbon brush plate assembly to the compressor back end.
• Assemble the rest of compressor with all gaskets removed from it while dis-assembling it.
