Bei anderen Modellen sollten Sie selbst checken, bevor Sie ordern. Für spätere Marantz Decks (80s) mit "Metal" Tape Unterstützung weniger geeignet, weil nicht so abriebfest wie z.B. die früher verbauten Sendust Köpfe (die es neu gar nicht mehr gibt). Für 5020 5220 technisch und mechanisch passend, aber nicht optimal, da der Original Tonkopf ein Ferrit Kopf ist, unserer ein (weniger abriebfester) Permalloy. Allerdings sagte mir ein Kunde, dass der Ferrit Kopf vom 5020 5220 leider doch starkem Abrieb unterliegt (und z.B. nicht mit einem Akai GX Kopf vergleichbar ist). Neuer Tonkopf aus aktueller Produktion (keine alte Lagerware) und - ja! - wir werden ihn nach augenblicklichem Kenntnisstand langfristig anbieten können. Der Kopf kommt mit Plastik-Schutzkappe. Diese bitte erst nach der Montage abnehmen, um den Kopf nicht zu beschädigen.

For other models please double check. This head is not recommended for later Marantz decks (80s) with "Metal" tape support since a permalloy head is not as abrasion resistant as a sendust head (which is not manufactured any more). This head will fit for 5020 5220, but - since original head is made of ferrite, ours of permalloy and thus less abrasion resistant - we will not recommend it as replacement for ferrite heads (if original head is still ok). New tapehead (not new old stock) from latest production and - yes! - we intend to have this item available for a longer period of time. The head comes with a plastic protection shield. Please remove this shield after mounting of head is done, only.
