Information about returning

According to the D.L. 22 May 1999 n. 185 you can exercise the right of withdrawal to purchase at a distance. This right must be made by sending, within 10 days of receipt of goods, a written notice to our office by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, or even through e-mail, provided that the communication is anyway confirmed by a registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours. The goods purchased must be returned undamaged and in the original package, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.). For the return shipment is under the full responsibility of the customer (our company is not responsible in any way for damages or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments). The refund of the payment will be made within 30 days of receipt of the goods subject to the right of withdrawal and refers exclusively to the product price. According to the Law 50/1992 the shipping and delivery of the goods are not subject to refund and therefore remain the responsibility of the customer. As provided for in art. 5 paragraph 3 of the Decree cited the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose reception took place more than 10 days of the request, custom built Personal computers assembled and/or customized, to audiovisual products or to sealed software ( including it products attached to hardware) once opened, even if not yet installed and customers who purchase with VAT. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of essential integrity of the property (packaging and/or its content), where our company finds: partial use of the asset and any consumables; the lack of external and/or internal packaging; the integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, etc.); damage to the product. This agreement is governed by the Italian law.

The release of false Feedback, abusive, groundless, unsubstantiated or tending to harm the image and reputation of the company, will be the subject of complaint and will be pursued in accordance and within the time provided by law.
