This is an original Motorola LM308 IC.
Motorola was one of the original manufacturers of the LM308.

Original LM308’s are obsolete and hard to find,
especially the early 80's versions.
Made in 1981.  The date code on the IC is “8143”.
(made the 43rd week of 1981… See Photos)

~ Tested and Guaranteed Working ~
Note:  Most LM308 IC's are not genuine Motorola parts.
New LM308’s are counterfeit and made in China
(Google “Counterfeit IC's” to see the problem).

American manufacturers such as Motorola, National
and Fairchild discontinued making the LM308 in the 90’s.

You will receive a genuine Vintage Motorola
LM308 (1981 date code) plus a quality IC socket.
(LM308 will be shipped installed into socket for proper orientation)
