For your consideration is a GM Rear Compartment Tail Gate Latch with three mounting bolts.  This latch has a 4-pin connector.  Please examine your existing latch to double check that it matches:

Condition:  Good condition with some light surface marks.

Testing: The latch opens and closes and I tested the the actuator for proper operation with a 12v battery.
