How to determine what size replacement bushing to purchase:

To see which bushing size to purchase, standard .000 or .003 oversized, take the freehub off the rear wheel and measure the hub surface next to the rubber seal which is all the way inside the hub. A digital caliper or 2" micrometer works best. If your hub measures .984-.983" order the standard size. If your hub measures, 982-.979 the .003 oversized bushing fits best.

What if I’m unsure of the measurement?

I suggest purchasing our kit that contains both the standard and oversized bushing to see which bushing fits best. Start with installing the standard bushing first and go to the .003 in needed.

What if my hub has extreme wear?
