Each color represents a different type of building: Yellow is Wood; Pink is Brick; Blue is Stone, Brown is Stucco.  Box with an X = Garage. See key for what all the symbols indicate.

Plat 3 boundary is Garrett Road to East Essex Avenue and Copley Road to Wayne Avenue.
