The Renown Master Cedric Christ using the old Japanese Technique of tempering. This Super Fine Hamon Kamisori Razor is Forged by Hand according to the old Japanese tradition of sword making "Hamon" using the clay. This difference in hardness results from clay being applied on the blade (tsuchioki) prior to the cooling process (quencing). Less or no clay allows the edge to cool faster, making it harder with the right tension, while more clay allows the center (hira) and spine to cool slower, thus retaining its resilience. A Fantastic Work of Art, with an edge that will enhance your shaving experience. The Blade has been sharpened by Cedric itself.
