This is an original 1912 A.H. MUELLER, dated on the lower right corner, plat atlas map of Borough of West Chester, South Ward, Chester County, Pennsylvania. It includes the West Chester Normal School which later became West Chester University (see Plat 18 and 20), Friends Burial Ground, West Chester Grammer High Street School, West Chester High School, Everhart Park and other notable buildings and structures. It is in EX+ condition.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick and Yellow is Wood. Yellow rectangle box = Stable or Shed.  See key for what all the symbols indicate.
