APDTY - Auto Parts Direct To You was founded in 2004 by a professional ASE certified automotive technician. What started out as a 1 man operation turned into a 17 employee operation with a main warehouse and office headquartered in Indian Harbour Beach Florida. We hire and employ other ASE certified technicians to help source the parts we believe have the best quality for the best value. We not only understand the parts we are selling, but many times we have actually diagnosed and/or installed these parts ourselves. We try and put as much valuable information as we can within each listing so please read the description thoroughly. Shipping
We ship most of our auto parts from our company owned warehouse located in Indian Harbour Beach, Florida. We also drop-ship from several other warehouses located across the United States. We ship 99% of all orders same day if ordered before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We also ship most items worldwide same day. We ship with USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, & UPS. All customers outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your country's customs office. We do not have any control over these fees and we cannot estimate the amount. Please contact your country's customs office for more details. |
Return Policy
This section is for new returns only. A new return is considered a brand new item that you ended up not needing or perhaps you purchased incorrectly for your specific vehicle. Any warranty, defect, or damaged shipment information is below. Please keep in mind that spending time before purchasing the part to confirm it is indeed exactly what you need can help prevent you from ordering the wrong part. Electronic items are not returnable if opened. Please use the eBay returns option within your order on eBay to create and print a return shipping label.. All returns must be shipped back to our Florida warehouse within 60 days of purchase and must be in their original factory packaging. All shipping costs are the buyers' responsibility. PayPal, eBay, & a warehouse restocking fee may also apply. We offer a full manufacturer warranty on all items we sell and we also offer our own 12 Month or 12,000 mile warranty on all items. Original purchaser only. Customer must supply original proof of purchase which you should easily find in your email or ebay or PayPal accounts. Commercial, limousine, off-road, & heavy duty vehicles are not included. Damaged, stripped, or broken items during installation cannot be warrantied. |
Shipping Damage
Shipping damage is any item/package suspected of being broken or damaged in anyway during the shipping process. We purchase full insurance for this, however the damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receiving the package. Please immediately use the eBay messages to report damage as soon as possible.
