Lamp has ornate brass base and has lovely victorian lady of china on stand and lady has tulle dress ruffles and hat and parasol attached. Lady and base are approx. 9" tall. with light fixture it is approx.13 1/4" tall. On bottom of brass base I can make out letters S.S.N.Y. 

Lamp does still work. Does not include lampshade. There is some antique wear and discoloration on fabric and on brass. See photos for close up of lady and dress.
