The idea with this kit is to make a very common building with some uncommon characteristics. All the wall sections are laser scribed to help get away from the "clapboard" look. Unique entry door design. On the roof, Bar Mills photo printed tarpaper strip roofing which needs no painting. Instead of supplying cardstock stencils to apply the roof lettering, the roofing strips are made to overlap each other. Each registering anoverlapping part of the roof sign - no painting!
It would be a great addition to your layout. Place it around a railroad yard, factory area or edge of town. Just use your imagination! This craftsman level kit would look great in a variety of locations! . You'll love it once you build it! Paint and glue not included. Bar Mills' website is very helpful with ideas and suggestions.
