For your consideration is a Volvo S40 trunk latch assembly with three mounting bolts, a plastic cover and emergency release handle. 

Condition: Good condition with some minor surface marks or rubbing on the plastic cover. 

Testing: The latch opens and closes and I tested the actuator with a 12v battery for proper function.
