In order to control a Cruising Chute or Spinnaker when short handed it is advisable to fit a snuffer. 

Light, durable and easy to stow. The sleeve fabric is totally porous which enables the air to escape easily and the rope is of a large diameter for more comfortable handling, with integral ball bearing pulley for easier use and storage, lightweight plastic scoop or mouth is tough enough but flexible enough not to damage your mast like a GRP mouth.

Single control line led through separate sleeve eliminates fouling. The separation of these lines from the sock ensures that they cannot twist around the sail; it also eliminates friction and chafe when hoisting or lowering. At the top of the snuffer is a short  strop, one end of which is attached to the halliard and the other via a swivel to the head of the sail.Swivel is not included.
