This is 1^st Year Version Flat Top Tassies with chrome-plated “O” reference ruled lines section

Condition: Near Mint in box (with 2 minor defects)

The pen is like new condition, no serious scratches, no stain, no rust, no discolor is found. Defects: very minor dent on the barrel (only visible in some viewing angle, please see photo #5 for detail) Also there are 2 tiny chips (tool marks) on the cap top tassie edge (please see photo #6 for details)

The pen comes with ink converter
