Q: Walk me trough the service steps?
A: You, the buyer, purchase and pay for the upgrade service. Within 24-48 hours we will ship the shipment label to you via Priority USPS Mail service. Once arrived, all you need to do is to package the iPod neatly into the provided box. Once received, we will complete the upgrade and ship the iPod back to you within 48-72 hours. Shipment will always be insured and with "Signature Confirmation" option.
Q: Why do the upgrade/What are the benefits?
A: Aside from the storage capacity, this upgrade replaces the old-fashioned 1.8" mechanical hard disk drive with a modern SSD/or a Flash drive, making it a lot more durable. In addition, the upgrade reduces the weight, making it about 40% lighter. Lifespan of the Flash drive typically THREE times longer then the mechanical counterpart.
Q: How long does the upgrade take?
A: Our goal is to complete the upgrade and return it back to you within a week. Once iPod is received from you, upgrade normally takes around 48 hours. After a round of testing, iPod will be shipped back to you via Priority Mail, which can take around 2 to 3 business days.
Q: What type of Flash memory do you use/What brand?
A: We only use new class 10 SDXC Card's along with the Tarkan's adapter to connect to your iPod. We only use best rated Brands.
Q: How much of the 256GB will be available for my iPod?
A: Unfortunately, the full 256GB isn't available for storage due to Apple's iPod OS. Only around 240GB of space will be available.
Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Absolutely! We stand by our work. We offer full 180 days!!! After 180 days, just contact us, and we will do our best to work with you on the repairs related to this upgrade.. Please note this warranty does not cover physical damages to the iPod, like water/liquid damage.
Q: Is there a return policy/I changed my mind?
A: Unfortunately, This is a service, and not an actual product. I'm sorry, but returns will not be accepted. No refund will be offered!!
Q: Do you offer iPod repairs while performing the upgrade?
A: Absolutely! iPod repairs are our specialty. Just explain the problem and we will tell you the cost, including parts and labor
