Unwanted Goods:
Please make sure the item is in the same condition as you received it. If the box is torn, or if any parts are missing or damaged, your return may not be accepted.
Faulty Goods:
Please open a returns case explaining the problem. We will then get back to you by the next working day explaining the best course of action. Should you need to return the item, we will issue you a returns label, you will not need to pay any postage costs.
