QUALITY OF SKULLSAt Totally Boned European Mounts and Custom Skull Cleaning skulls are graded for quality by "stars". The more stars, the higher the quality of skull you are receiving, with "5 stars" being the highest quality. 5 Stars - Specimens at this grade level are considered to be in excellent condition. These will be suitable for educational and display purposes. Please note that certain species show natural flaws and will not be discounted. Examples of these flaws are wearing, chipping of teeth, grease spots on older species. 4 Stars - Specimens at this grade level are considered to be in good condition and for some may still be used for educational and display purposes. Species in this level may have a few missing/damaged teeth, may have very minor skeletal damage. 3 Stars - Specimens at this grade level are considered for people looking for works of art. Species in this level may have a few missing/damaged teeth, may have minor skeletal damage and the coloration of the skull may not be pristine ( you may see gray, yellow, brownish spotting).2 Stars - Specimens at this grade level are also considered for people looking for works of art. Species at this level may have many missing/damaged teeth, may have major skeletal damage and the coloration of the skull may be starting age (you may see gray, yellow, brownish spotting). 1 Star - Specimens at this grade level are considered for people looking for works of art for the "pieces and parts". Species in this level may have many missing/damaged teeth, may have major skeletal damage or pieces of the skull may be completely missing, the coloration of the skull may be starting to age and you may see spotting of gray, yellow or brownish coloring.
- I only accept PayPal as payment. Payment must be made within 3 days after the end of the auction unless other arrangements have been made prior to the end of the auction. Please message me via the EBay messaging system if you are not going to be able to make payment within the 3 day time frame.
- Your item will be shipped out within 3 business days after receipt of payment.
- I will gladly combine shipping, Pay the highest shipping cost and deduct 50% from the cost of each additional item won within a 7 day period. Please note this only applies if all items are being shipped the same way - priority, parcel post, first class or media mail. I will send you an invoice with the discounted shipping rate, please do not check out until you get this invoice if you wish to combine auctions.
- If you are an INTERNATIONAL bidder...all packages will be sent via USPS International First Class or Priority Mail and will be insured. If For some reason I am unable to put insurance on your package I reserve the right to cancel your transaction.
- Domestic Bidders: Consider adding insurance to your purchase (Please see Terms for more info. on insurance).
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the sale date for any reason.
Return Shipping will be paid by the buyer.
A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund once the item is received in the condition it was sent to the buyer.
Refunds will be given for packages that are lost only after 15 days after the date of mailing (this is a USPS guideline for filing an insurance claim for a missing package).
Refunds will be given for packages that are damaged only after pictures of the actual damaged mailing box and the item are sent to me via EBay messaging, email or text (I can't recoup my funds without the proper pictures from USPS).
Refunds will only be given outside these guidelines if I have in some way misrepresented the item. I take many pictures of each item so that you can see the actual condition.
