BioNatura sandals are made by Italian shoemakers, care has been taken to select the best leathers and materials to give natural comfort. The leather insoles are designed to mould to the shape of your foot and the Italian leather uppers will give you a soft flexible feel. All the buckles and trims are nickel free and non-allergic.

PAYMENT
In accordance with Ebay guidelines, I only post to the verified paypal address.

POSTAGE & RETURNS
I usually post within two working days of cleared payment.
Each item is carefully packed and wrapped to ensure it reaches the customer in excellent condition.
I do combine postage where possible, so please feel free to view my other items
Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sold.

LOST ITEMS
I always obtain proof of postage and usually dispatch within 2-3 working days of cleared payment.
If an item is lost or delayed Royal mail do not investigate any claims until at least 15 days after postage. Please allow this time to elapse before taking action.
Royal mail do require a written statement explaining that you did not receive your item, which accompanies the investigation claim.
