This is a bra with a lot of great Hardware on it! Blue velvet with lots of metal decoration. It has never been worn. I added a blue velvet strip at the top of each cup which can be removed if you don't like it. I was worried about something falling out! It is a halter and is supposed to be a DD cup. I found it to be too small for me even with the added strip at the bottom.
