Built with an energy-returning BOOST FOAM midsole, the BOSTON 5 infuses every stride with endless energy for relentless performance and a cushioned ride that’s still supportive. The upper is made from a lightweight, breathable mesh that works in unison with microsuede overlays for greater comfort and improved ventilation.

Handling Times

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day the order is placed Monday to Friday.

If your order is placed after 2pm (GMT) it will most likely be dispatched following day.

Orders placed after 2pm (GMT) on a Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday.

 

UK delivery

For UK customers there are 4 different delivery services available to choose from.

Royal Mail Second Class is our standard postal service which usually delivers within 2-3 days.

Royal Mail Tracked offers secure delivery and SMS delivery confirmation and usually delivers within 2-3 days.

DPD offers next day delivery with full tracking and Email/SMS delivery confirmation within an hour time slot.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day and require a signature upon delivery.

International Delivery

International customers have 3 delivery options available to choose from.

Royal Mail Standard is an international airmail service which is unsigned typically delivers within 5-10 days.

Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed offers secure tracking for delivering parcels worldwide, and typically takes between 5-7 Days for EU countries and 7-14 Days for ROW Countries

Express Int’l Postage is delivered by DHL and usually takes 1-2 days to reach EU Countries.

 

We use a range of different courier services provided by DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Our internal systems determine the best service to use when shipping your order based on the destination, weight and order value to deliver our customers the best possible service.

For your peace of mind we offer a no quibble 30 day return policy.
If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange.
Please complete the returns information on the back of the enclosed order form and post the item(s) back to us.
Return Postage is payable by you the customer.
Returned items must be complete with tags and original packaging in fully re-saleable condition.
Shoe boxes should be returned in a postal bag, DO NOT seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box and the item(s) will not be in a re-saleable condition.
We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in post.
We suggest you send returns using a signed for / recorded delivery so if your returns parcel is lost or damaged you will be able to claim from the carrier for the value of the goods.

 

Returns are usually processed within a few working days of receiving the item back but during busy periods can take up to 10 working days.
Items which are returned for a refund will be refunded to the payment method used to place the order minus the original postage costs.

 

Items returned for exchange will be redelivered free of charge using standard delivery.
If the size you requested to exchange for is out of stock you will be a issued a refund instead.
If returning an item for an exchange please DO NOT open a return using the eBay returns system.
This is because the eBay returns system does not allow for exchanges and will refund any outstanding returns so we will be unable to exchange any orders that have an open eBay return.

 

If you have an item which you ordered from us and believe it to be faulty please return it to us for an assessment.
If the item is indeed found to be faulty a replacement or refund will be offered.
The cost of returning the goods to us will also be refunded.
If the product is found not to be faulty we will return it to you free of charge.

 

In the rare event that we have sent out the incorrect item then first please accept our sincere apologies and contact us at your earliest convenience so we can endeavor to find an acceptable solution.
