Our Passion is to deliver high quality cake toppers with good old fashioned customer care, insuring all the designs we create is done with love and attention to detail. We use both Rice Paper wafer and Icing Sheets giving our customers greater choice on budget and quality of finish.
Step 1 Click the option tab and select the choice of topper you would like . Click buy now and pay through PayPal
Step 2 You can add the image and message via eBay message or once purchased I can send you an email or WhatsApp address to use. Please send the best quality image you have Poor quality images will reflect on the print quality of the finished toppers. If you would like a draft image sent before posting please let us know as doing this will slow the posting of your order as we will need conformation you are happy for us to print and post. When ordering allow as much time as possible, personalised design take a little longer to make than our normal listings.
You will receive 24 x 4 cm in diameter. The toppers will have the design showing in my listing, but with the wording and picture you send Any message can be printed onto the toppers but please be aware the more letters added will reduce the font size.You will need to cut the design out using clean dry scissors unless you have selected the pre-cut option. The images you see in my eBay listings are a digital image for display purposes only. The toppers you receive will vary in colour slightly due to the device and screen you are viewing on and also the use of edible inks and materials. We use quality food graded material and print using edible inks which conforms to EU regulations

On receipt of you order please store out of direct sunlight in a cool dry place between 15- 20c in the sealed bag it was delivered in. The product has a 12 month shelf life If stored in the right conditions as above
All orders will be sent out using Royal Mail 1st as indicated on the listings . First class normally takes one to two working days but this can take a little longer if ordered over the weekend. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure correct shipping details are given lost item due to incorrect address WILL NOT be refunded. Once posted you will receive a dispatched message from eBay indicating you order has been shipped and instructions on how to use the toppers. If you have not received you order in the time stated please email me via eBay messaging so I can look into this.
Please Note
We are reliant on the Royal Mail for our delivery and will be out of our control. Masterfulcakes cannot be responsible for late deliveries so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive in time for your party. We post Monday to Friday order after 12:30 on Friday will be posted on the next working day. Weekends and Bank Holiday orders will also be posted next working day. If you need your order urgently please see other delivery options including next day delivery which can be found under the postage and payment tab on the listing. If you do select next day delivery please do this before 1:30 this will give us time to make the topper and post it off.
