Some screen protector may not cover 100% of the screen. There maybe a small gap around the edges to compensate use of an edge overlapping case.

Before you apply this screen protector. please check this is the correct screen protector for your phone model. Measuring the screen protector against your phone screen to check for size. Check the screen protector thoroughly for any defects like hair line cracks; bubbles or any other defects. If you found any defects or not satisfied with the screen protector. Please do not apply the screen protector. Contact us immediately. Send us some clear photo evidence about the defects. We will exchange it for you.

It is not an easy task to install this screen protector. It may look easy. But I can assure you. It is not. Very carefully remove the inside plastic film gently. Remove it hastily will peel off the adhesive glue. Causing bald batch or spots. Often mistaken for bubbles. However incorrect installation will result trapping bubbles. Because this has glue all over the screen. Once it stuck down after first installation. Try to remove or adjust it can causing damage to the screen protector. Try to smooth out the bubbles can also damaged the screen protector. Thus you only have one try. Any mistakes will cause damage to the screen protector. Damage occurred during the installation is not covered by the manufacture’s warranty.

Top tip 1: if you are having difficulty fitting the screen protector smoothly. Use a hot air hair dryer to soften the screen protector. DO NOT set hot air hair dryer too hot or too close to the screen protector. This is to avoiding the hot air hair dryer melting or damage the screen Protector

Top tip 2: clean the surface of the screen thoroughly. Give it time for the cleaning fluid vaporise. Left over moisture and humidity can cause dampness on screen resulting the screen protector not adhere properly. Use a hot air hairdryer can help to eliminate dampness.

Top tip 3:  we have tested pulling tab. The plastic film can be removed safely. However if you find it difficult to remove the plastic film by pulling the tab. try stick some sellotape to other corners or other areas of the screen protector. Then peel off the film from there. NEVER try to remove the film by force. It will crack; shatter or damage if removed forcefully. Screen protector damaged under these circumstances will not be covered by the manufacture’s warranty.  Please contact us if you encounter any difficulties.
