This is not a licensed product.  It appears that someone painted this and turned it into a lamp.  It works great though.  The paint job is great as well; please see pictures to inspect the lamp.  I included a picture with a light bulb that is green when turned on and white when turned off so you can see that the lamp works.  I am not including the lamp shade; I only added this so you can see what it looks like with a shade.  

I totally forgot to measure this before I packed it, but it is approximately 14 inches tall (without a lamp shade) and 9-10 inches wide at the base.

It is well packed and ready for a new home!!!
