This is an original double sided 1907 W.O.L. Westguard plat atlas map of Utica, and Capron and Section between New Hartford Village and City of Utica, New York. It is in EX condition and measures 22 x 33.

Plate 16 is a double sided page.  The two page image of Utica runs from New Channel Mohawk River to Whitesboro Main Street. The back side consists of a map of Utica and its high school, churches, factories, Utica Knitting Co., J. Thomas Spriggs Park and homes with the names of the deed holders. 

The other side of the map depicts another portion of Utica as well as a map of Capron, New York with similar features.

Each color represents a different type structure.  Pink is a brick structure. Brown is a stone building. Yellow is a wood structure.  See Reference box to see what each code stands for.
