Usage:
- Clean and degrease the surfaces.
- Squeeze from the tube into a plastic bowl 5 grams of enamel - up to internal rim of the bowl.
- Cut the ending (4mm) of applicator (B ingredient) with a knife, and
to already put mortar introduce 30 drops (1 gm) of solidification agent.
- Then precisely mix the composite ingredients with a spoon (for at least 2 minutes).
- There is a sticker made of polyethylene foil in the package. The
sticker serves to make even edges, and to protect not damages surface
against getting dirty by mortar.
- the hole with proper size shall be cut out in the sticker, adjusted
to the damaged defect, remove protective paper and stick it prior to put
enamel.
- Excessive composite applied with a spoon to shall be collected and
equally distributed (to get even, flat surface - without excessive).
- One needs to remember to remove protective sticker right after
partial drying of the mortar (that is, no later than approx. 30 minutes
since its application). But clear polyethylene foil allows to get smooth
and glare surface.
- Foil is applied on the surface, covered with mortar (immediately
after removal of protective sticker) and after delicate smoothing with
fingers, then it is kept to complete solidification of composite.
- On vertical surfaces (to avoid flowing down of the thicker layer of
enamel), the mortar shall be applied with thinner layers, after the
previous one is solidified, that is every 2 hours. Scratches and
cracks to be filled using i.e. toothpick. In order to receive smooth,
glare surface one must remember to gently apply onto the final, last not
solidified layer of mortar clear smoothing foil, and remove it only
after 24 h.
TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS:
- heat the product to room temperature prior to mixing the ingredients
- do not use to connect / fill in PP, PE and PTFE.
- the surface to be repaired shall be cleaned from corrosion and
loosely connected old background, and then carefully degrease and dry,
- it is also recommended to dim it with small sandpaper, taking care not to scratch the non-repaired surface
