Up for sale is a 24x36 high quality high resolution on 70 lb. thick stock paper reproduction Atlas/Map (SEE  MY FEEDBACK) of Part of the Forest Hills, Woodhaven and Forest Park area of Queens, New York dated 1927 and revised to 1945 with some further updates.  It is in Mint condition.

Map covers the historic Lower Half of the Second Ward of Queens from Ascan Avenue to the Interboro Parkway and from Kessel Street to  Queens Boulevard. Note that both the old and new names of Queens streets are listed on the map.  For example, 75th Road is also listed as Puritan Street.

The roman numerals indicate how many stories each building is and each color represents the type of structure.  Yellow is wood, brown is stone, pink is brick.  The X's through the buildings indicate it is a barn or stable. The brown streets indicate cobblestone while green indicates macadamized pavement and white means it is unpaved.  And the light green lines on the map show who the first recorded and original landowners.
