I've been using this thread for buzzers. The last 3 pictures show flies using this thread as ribbing and as a thread body. This has the width and look of VEEVUS small rainbow holographic tinsel, but in a much darker color. For efficiency, I've been slopping on a little UV resin and over wrapping that a couple of turns before lighting it up This is in lieu of knotting since the buzzers are going to be covered with multiple coats of UV resin anyway.
