Payment

Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for goods on eBay. You can send payment for your items using the eBay interface, which leads you to the PayPal eBay payment, you can contact us and request a PayPal invoice and you can pay by PayPal credit debit card service. PayPal protects customers in any event of dissatisfaction.

 

    Warranty

All brand new items come with a minimum of one-year warranty covering any malfunction the item may have. We will replace any faulty item with a brand new one. We will always do our best to replace any faulty item returned to us with no delay. A RMA number to be obtained in order to speed up the process so in case of any fault, please email us before sending the item back. As we are a US company and based in Los Angeles. and items can reach us and new ones to be sent back to you in matter of couple of days. Some items like CCTV cables to be tested before fitting as most of the time cables get damaged during installation. So please send us any cables in not-installed condition in order for us to be able to replace it for you and return back the faulty one to the manufacturer. Any physical damage that caused during installation may void the warranty.

Some items are covered by manufacturers warranty; in this case, you should register a RMA with that company. If you are not sure that the item has manufacturer s warranty please contact us.

 

    Shipping

We only use reputable and secure courier companies such as DPD, Parcel Force, DHL, UPS or USPS and obtain a tracking number from them if selected by customer. Items being collected from our company based in Los Angeles and will be delivered to your door next working day normally. We endeavor to dispatch your order the same day if order is placed and completed before 12pm or next working day if received in the afternoon.

We always use protective packaging materials and suitable boxes however we aim to use any recyclable materials in order to produce less waste and protect the environment. All materials are being kept in a clean smoke free warehouse and inspected for any damage before being used.

    Support

We are proud of our outstanding customer support. Any question whether simple or technical will be answered in matter of hours. Sometimes it may take a little bit longer. Our aim is to make sure every one of our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase or your money back.

We have produced some YouTube videos for some of our items that need technical assistance. Data sheet and user manuals are available with the item or on demand.

A lot of technical information can be found on manufacturers websites as well. You can search the brand on Google and refer to the manufacturer's website for any required additional information.

 

    Returns

You can return the purchased items within 30 days of purchase if you simply change your mind. Absolutely no question will be asked and we will refund you in full upon receiving back the item. If under any unlikely event you have an item that you wish to return, then please kindly let us know on Ebay and we will issue you a RMA number. It is important that you let us know in advance to make it possible for us to track your item when it comes back to us.

If you have a damaged item it should be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the item. A faulty item will always be replaced unless it is discontinued, then we can offer either an item of equivalent specification or a credit note or simply refund your payment if you wish to get your money back.

All returns must come back with the RMA number printed on front of the package otherwise it may cause delays on dealing with your enquiry.

We always read our Ebay messages and reply to them in 24 hours in weekdays. It is the most convenient type of communication for both sides.We are closed on weekends and any email will be responded after the following Monday.
