This is an original 1922 G.W. BROMLEY atlas map, updated to May 1931, of Spanish East Harlem, Manhattan, New York that includes Kuyter Park, Third Ave Railway Car Depot, J.M. Horton Ice Cream Co., Keenan Brick and Supply Co. and other notable buildings, and structures.

Each color represents the type of structure. Yellow is wood, pink is brick, blue is iron and brown is stone. The X's through the buildings indicate it is a garage.  Brown indicates stone structures. A circle with a "t" indicates a  fire hydrant.  The map also indicates the names of the original deed holders and the double green lines the original streets of New York before the grid system came in effect!
