DESCRIPTION:

Available for your consideration is a rare, stunning and authentic Louis Vuitton Limited Edition Monogram Tahitienne Stole, Pareo or Scarf.  From Louis Vuitton’s 2008 Collection, the pareo was crafted in Italy of lilac Monogram Tahitienne print woven cotton fabric.  The Monogram Tahitienne design features a hand-painted effect that is reminiscent of a Louis Vuitton catalog cover from 1924.  The colors are inspired by Paul Gauguin, a Post-Impressionist painter who is known for his adept use of color.  The end of the scarf is adorned with Stephen Sprouse’s Monogram Graffiti signature in fuchsia pink.     

The pareo measures approximately 76” long x 26” wide.  It is in previously worn condition.  The fabric has some faint wear that isn’t easily seen.  It has no discernible marks.  The care tag has been removed.  The dust cover and box are not available.
