Estate find.  Thought to be a candle holder, the the neck is threaded, so possibly a decanter?  Good condition, but does have some chipping on the bottom corners of the chimney.  The chips, however, were repainted and hard to notice (see photos).  Measures approximately 7 1/4 inches high.
