Welcome to my ebay store

This is a PERFECT gift for someone in your life named MAGGIE! Or a lover of Antique Lady Prints by Currier & Ives.
This is a rare Currier and Ives portrait print with wonderful coloring that is usually more yellowed and stained with age.
WONDERFULLY framed mid 19th C Portrait Print of a young lady facing to the side, titled MAGGIE. The frame is beautifully made by professional Virginia framer in a multi level gilt and black wood frame. As an artist I know this framing would cost around $200 in a frame shop today.  So a great deal for a great print like getting the frame for free.
I would reinforce paper backing as it is tearing a bit at top.
See photos of details. The print is in overall excellent condition as to color with minimal stain in lower area to left of title, see that photo. She has a wonderful casual hairstyle that is very refreshing for prints of women of this era, she almost has a spirited look about her. Her bow is so well done it looks real and she is wearing a wonderful choker with red ruby. The hand coloring is marvelous! Sorry about the glare in photos, there is a chandelier over this table and it tends to cause havoc in picture taking.

Measures 13 1/2 wide by 17 1/2 high by around 1 1/2" high. Will be bubble wrapped, shipped in cardboard and insured.
