Authorized Reasons for Money Back or Replacements:
1. If you received the wrong item and/or color
combination.
2. If the item was received damaged. All of our shipments will have a tracking number.
However, from time to time, shipping carriers will have delays or will accidentally lose packages when in route to your destination. If your package has not arrived, please allow up to 15 business days, from the date of shipment, before contacting us. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier and will work with you to replace the missing item.
All other reasons for Money Back, Exchanges, Replacement and/or Returns are not accepted at this time. I am just a hobbyist and want you to have the best experience possible. Before leaving a Negative or Neutral Review, please notify us of the issue and give us an opportunity to make things right for you.
