A. This depends on the postage option you choose at eBay checkout.  Parcel Post, Express Post & Registered mail are all trackable services.  Any item posted Standard Delivery or Standard Internation Flat Rate Postage are not trackable any items shipped by these services are shipped at buyers risk.

Q. eBay said my order will arrive by a certain date.

A. The estimated arrival date stated on eBay is to be used as a guide only.  eBay automatically generates this date based on various factors but fails to allow for public holidays, industrial disputes, natural desasters and peak postal season such as Christmas and customs processing for our international buyers. Please be patient.

Q. Do you guarantee my items will arrive by a stated date?

No. As the delivery of your goods is reliant on Australia Post and their international counterparts Beenleigh Traders are unable and DO NOT guarantee any delivery dated stated anywhere within this listing.
