We want you to be happy!  If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to accept returns of unused, unworn merchandise within 30 days of purchase! Please send returns to the shipping address on the invoice and include the eBay item number and your ebay id.

In the unlikely event that you receive merchandise that is defective or does not match the item's written or photographic description, rest assured that you are 100% covered by eBay's Buyer Protection Plan and eligible to receive a pre-paid return mail label directly from eBay.  Once we receive the returned merchandise and verify the claim, we will immediately issue a refund of your purchase price.

We source both new and pre-owned quality shoes and accessories.  New merchandise is sourced from floor display resellers and business liquidations.  While some merchandise is New In Box, many of our new shoes are store display models. IF there are any light signs of wear or handling from being tried on in-store, or marks made by the stores (marks on soles, stickers, etc.), such conditions are always well documented in our item photos.

We also source a select supply of premium pre-owned shoes in top drawer condition - shoes we would be thrilled to wear ourselves. Pre-Owned items will exhibit signs of wear as described and shown in the item photographs.  Just as with our new merchandise, if you change your mind about an item, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days with buyer-paid return shipping.  All of our  items are inspected for flaws, measured for size & sanitized. We believe that pictures speak louder than words and do our best to show several photographs of each item, including any flaws we find, but we do not pay return shipping for items being returned due to condition.
