This very colorful and fringed 100% wool winter hat was a gift and never worn.  Tags have been removed.  This is a hat that cannot be ignored!!  The wide colored horizontal stripes are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple and magenta.  This would be a good fit for a girl in elementary school.  

The length is 9" and the height is almost 7".  It has flaps that cover the ears and strings that tie under the chin.  This is would be a great cap to wear for outdoor winter activities.
