VITAMIX 5200 5000 NEW replacement variable speed control switch (potentiometer)
From a US supplier. This is the original speed control potentiometer that came with your Vitamix from the factory. We've sold hundreds of these kits with everything you need to make the repair. This is the same switch you may pay $25 - $30 for from other sellers.
If your Vitamix (in the variable speed mode) skips speeds on the lower numbers 1-5 you need a NEW variable speed switch.
Vitamix charges about $100 plus shipping to fix this part. You can replace it for less than $20.
This is the original switch that was used on the TNC, 5000, Vita-prep models 5200 and creations models including Vitamix product # 1002 (VM0101). Any model that has 2 wires. The 2 wires you are replacing are circled in yellow on pictures.
Comes with switch, nut, and Allen wrench needed to remove drive socket.
