Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. Yes. We will happily ship multiple purchases into a single order however you must combine your purchase on eBay prior to checkout and payment.

Q. Will you discount postage charges (where applicable)?

A. No. All postage charges are charged at Australia Post rates, we do not profit from postal charges and only charge you what it costs us to pack and post your order.

Q. Is my order trackable during post?

A. This depends on the postage option you choose at eBay checkout.  Parcel Post, Express Post & Registered mail are all trackable services.  Any item posted Standard Delivery or Standard Internation Flat Rate Postage are not trackable any items shipped by these services are shipped at buyers risk.

Q. eBay said my order will arrive by a certain date.

A. The estimated arrival date stated on eBay is to be used as a guide only.  eBay automatically generates this date based on various factors but fails to allow for public holidays, industrial disputes, natural desasters and peak postal season such as Christmas and customs processing for our international buyers. Please be patient.

Q. Do you guarantee my items will arrive by a stated date?

A. No. As the delivery of your goods is reliant on Australia Post and their international counterparts Beenleigh Traders are unable and DO NOT guarantee any delivery dated stated anywhere within this listing. We suggest chosing express post at eBay checkout if your item needs to be delivered quickly.

Q. Why do you request my mobile phone number at eBay checkout?

A. For Australina Buyers - In many cases Australia Post will notifiy you via SMS when your parcel is due for delivery or needs to be collected from the post office.  It is also handy if Australia Post has difficulties delivering your item (This service excludes non-trackable deliveries).

A. For International Buyers - International Customs requires this information be provided.  Failure to provide this information may lead to your parcel being rejected from entering the destination country.

Q. Why do you ask for my email address?

A. In many cases Australia Post will notify you by email of the delivery status of your order as it passes through there system.  You will also receive email you the day before delivery giving you the option to update your deliver details if needed.  They will also advise you if your item requires collection from the post office (This service excludes non-trackable deliveries).

Q. Will my purchase be subject to import/customs duty? (International Sales i.e. Sales outside Australia)

A. Buyers from countries other than Australia.
