Description

All the organic coffee from the Sonocusco region is collected and prepared in a single dry mill located in Tapachula, troche Chiapas. Grown at an altitude between 1,100 and 1,600 meters above sea level, the cherries are carefully processed into parchment by each small producer with strict quality control standards set by their cooperative. The cooperative collects and purchases only the best quality parchment before delivering it to their dry mill facility. They then perform their own quality control on the parchment before preparing it into the best possible export quality.
