Shipping:

Return Policy

• ATDX accepts returns for exchange / replacement within 14 days of customer receipt.

• Items must be in original condition, must have original packaging and labels.  

• Return Postage / Shipping Charges are to be paid by the buyer.

• Upon receipt of return and verification, ATDX will exchange the unit and provide tracking information

• If item has been damaged during installation, customer agrees to absorb liability.

• Returns damaged during the return process due to improper packaging can not be refunded or exchanged.  

• Undesired product returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and all merchandise must be unused and in original packaging (including labels).
