First off let me say that these connectors may say aviation style but they are not to be used in aircraft. These do not have the certification to be used on avionics or anything inside of an airplane.

Please visit my store as I have more connectors with different pin counts and lots of mechanical items for sale.

For sale is 1 complete electrical connector. This is the male panel mount and the female plug and all of the electrical pins pre installed. These are all brand new in the packaging. The one in the pictures was removed for photographs but then we kept it and used it. The solder cups on these will accept 24 gauge wire with no problem. Please note that when soldering these they are designed for the wires to be soldered into the half recess. But if you use smaller wire the wire will fit all the way inside of the pin. If you know how to solder electrical connections these are great because you do not need a specialized pair of crimpers to crimp all of the contacts. You also dont need a specialized pin removal tool if you insert your conductor into the wrong hole.

The cable that we used on these was a little small for the clamp to grab so we used a piece of heat shrink tubing to slightly increase the diameter and then it made a nice compression fit around the outside of the cable jacket.

These connectors are all metal outer construction. They are made with chrome plated brass. Please look at the pictures carefully and you will see that all of the pin connections are numbered for easy connection mapping.

Each one of these comes with the mounting hardware to mount the male half to a panel. This will work for a panel up to 1/4 of an inch thick. If your panel is thicker than this you will have to use longer machine screws or possibly wood screws. These also come with a rubber gasket to make the connection to your panel water resistant and they come with a rubber cover which goes over the male portion of the connector when there is no plug inserted into it. This rubber cover is not tethered so be careful not to lose it. The measuring instruments and red panel are for illustration only and are not part of the sale.

Please note that before mailing this is rolled up in a small bubble envelope and then that package is placed in the outer bubble envelope for extra protection from damage during transit. Until you make a purchase these are stored in a steel cabinet with desiccant packs to help inhibit corrosion.

If you pay before noon Eastern time I will mail your package the very same day.
