A rare antique child's bowl or plate from Royal Doulton (c. 1910). Cream background with black illustrations and two dark green border bands. Base of bowl has "Little Miss Muffit Sat on a Tuffit" with illustration. Border has juvenile illustrations of animals, toy soldiers, etc. Bottom of bowl has Royal Doulton mark with No. 554.608/14 with pattern no. D2833. Excellent condition, with one very faint knife mark in the base of the bowl. Measures 8-1/4 inches wide and just over 1 inch deep.
