Great condition!  No holes, tears, or stains.  Minor wear on metal gold accent pieces. Material appears to be leather, but there are no tags, so I cannot be certain.  Black and tan stripes inside.  Two outer pockets - One on front, under flap, and one on back that has a zipper.  Two inside pockets on either side of the main compartment - one zips and one is open.
