Delivery & Handling Times

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day the order is placed Monday to Friday up until 2pm (GMT).

During busy periods orders may take slightly longer to be dispatched so if your order is urgent or you have any concerns please contact us.

UK delivery

Fast & Free Standard Delivery will be sent with Royal Mail 48 and will usually deliver within 3 days to a UK Mainland address.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 offers secure delivery with SMS notifications and delivers 97% of parcels on a next working day service.

Express Delivery with DPD offers guaranteed next day delivery within an hour time slot with full tracking and Email or SMS delivery notifications.

Express Delivery with Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed to be delivered by 1pm the next working day and requires a signature upon delivery for extra security.

International Delivery

Royal Mail Standard is an international airmail service which usually delivers to EU Countries within 5-10 working days.

Royal Mail International Tracked / Signed offers secure delivery typically within 5-7 Days to the EU and 7-14 Days worldwide.

Express International Postage will be sent with DHL which offers secure tracking and delivery to the EU within 1-3 days.

Please note we use a range of different courier services provided by DHL, DPD and Royal Mail. Our internal systems determine which service to use when shipping your order based on the weight and value. In order to deliver our customers the best possible service we may send your order with a different service to the one you select.

30 Day Returns Policy

For your peace of mind, we offer a no quibble 30 day returns policy. If any of our items are unsuitable you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange.

Please Note for us to be able to issue you with a refund you will need to open a return in eBay.

Return Postage is payable by you the customer.

Returned items must be complete with tags and original packaging in fully re-saleable condition.

Shoes should be returned in the original box and placed in a postal bag, DO NOT seal shoe boxes with tape as this damages the box.

We cannot accept responsibility for returned items which are lost or damaged in post therefore we suggest you send returns using a signed/recorded delivery
