Courier Deliveries:

Are items where items over 2 Kilos, or where stated in the listing. Our couriers are Parcelforce Worldwide. Insurance is inclusive in all courier shipments. If Parcelforce are unable to deliver, the package will be left at your nearest local Post Office or returned to your local Parcelforce depot for collection. Parcelforce deliveries are trackable at Parcelforce website. We email your tracking reference number to you during the packing process. All parcels must be signed for and cannot be left in gardens, porches or sheds etc. Please note that deliveries are Monday to Friday only.

None Courier Items:

All smaller items are sent by Royal Mail postal services.

Enquiries about your purchase:

Please allow sufficient time for the package to arrive before contacting us. Please remember we despatch orders Monday to Friday only, we do not despatch any items at the weekend. we will take action as soon as possible.

We accept payment by Paypal, Credit Card or Debit card. If you have any further questions, could you please call us directly.Please contact hours as shown in the "About Us" section to make a card payment.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Itis the customer’s responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund any reasonable postage costs. Any new item that is faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is unavailable we will refund the purchase price plus postage. Non-faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns MUST include all original packaging and documentation. If the original item is not returned as received, in an unmarked condition with its original packaging and documentation, then a restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
