The Lining for Optistep, Eco Thermo and Fakro loft ladders is a great way of finishing off the edge of the hatch creating a seamless look and hiding any gaps between the box of the ladder and the opening in the floor.

They are supplied in 4 strips 30mm wide and 4 corners made from white PVC.
The PVC version is available in 60x120cm and 70x120cm.
Size 60x120cm can be cut down to suit smaller sizes 60x111cm or 55x111cm and size 70x120cm to suit the size 70x111cm
