I will send you the colours of your choice. Depending on how may colours you chose, depends on the size of the sample, so six samples will be a lot smaller than three. Each sample is then stapled to our compliment slip and then popped into an envelope.
  As they are so thick they have to be sent by 1st Large Letter post and that at the moment is a minimum of £1.29. But if you want to know where the rest of the money went please do look at the small print tab. it's an eye opener.

For the UK Mainland.
We send all our samples out on Royal Mail 1st class Large Letter and we photograph every one for evidence of sending, we may send it to you, just depends on our workload, which is a lot as ebay is sadly very admin heavy as its uses old and clucky software and computers...

If you want more than six samples then we need to do a lot more work and that means we need you to pay a tad more, so add two to your sale and that will cover the larger envelope and the Recorded Delivery.

International.
International nowadays is anything that is not directly attached to Great Britain. No questions, if there is water between you and I then that's International. Post Brexit rules unfortunately and all the couriers are milking it for all its worth.

So if you're outside the UK Mainland send us a message first please, eBay should let you know the shipping costs for their own Global Shipping Program. The eGSP, which is a slow service and is as clunky as its software, but it works, just.

All international samples will be sent via International Standard Postal Service, either Tracked and or Signed for, this adds around£8.00 odd to the eBay price, if that is not paid then we will ask for it, this is the price we get charged at the Post Office. Happy to send you a picture of the Post Office receipt as proof...

Late Samples.
Again, we take a picture of everyone sample sent via the Post office, so we can prove when needed that it was posted. Each picture is Geo time stamped.

Secondly, we all know that the Post Office occasionally mess up, so please if you haven't seen your samples, get in contact with us first,  and we'll happily send another set out.

It really is that simple!!!.

When is it classed as lost?
According to the Post Office your samples are only classed as lost after these times have elapsed.

Dated from when posted not ordered.

1st Class UK = 10 working days
Europe = 20 working days
ROT World = 25 Working days

Working days is 5 days per week.

Please do not do this.
eBay gave you our details now that you have paid, so please use them wisely and all will be well and we'll get a second set sent to you.

Feel free to send us an eBay message but please adhere to these guidelines, to protect your seller from eBay's automation.

Carpet Costs
To compete on eBay against Chinese and Far Eastern rubbish carpet sets, we have had to cut the prices and our profits for our UK handmade to order carpet sets to a very low level, which has led to some carpet products being removed as the eBay fees are greater than the profit.

eBay latest monitoring  update means that they have now have swapped out your email address that you gave them to give to us and replaced it with one that they can continue monitoring us, but they are using their USA eBay for this.. Hmmm... Food for thought

We can't ask for your postal details so we can send your samples for free, like we used to do, as that would be a break in contact and have our account shut down, by their soulless A.I. software..

We really do hope you understand that it's not us that's being greedy, you need to look further afield. There is nothing we can do about the cost of sending samples whilst on here, it's the modern shareholder way unfortunately.

Shipping costs have increased due to couriers milking Brexit and CV19 for all its worth so the included (nothing is every free on eBay) cost of shipping a carpet set round Mainland UK, bar selected areas, is now £17.99. The box alone cost over £4.75 because it has to be resistant to couriers bouncing it to make it wider so they can then charge us a incorrect dimensions fee.. I kid you not.
